Jack Yu (PhD, MBA), Managing partner

Jack Yu has over 20 years of international business development experience in European and Asian pharmaceutical and medical device industry. He has a strong academic background and outstanding business intuitive, with exp

ertise and proven success regarding Asian market entry, strategic advisory, partner identification in China.

Jack received his PhD degree in Psychopharmacology from the Uppsala University of Sweden and MBA degree from the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. He worked 8 years at RECIP AB at Marketing and Sales department and 1 year at MEDA AB before he started his own consulting business in Sweden.

Jack is currently CEO of Sweden JJ Pharm and Nordlight Medical AB. He is also founder and first President of China Sweden Life Science Association, the first professional non-profit organization established in Sweden providing collaboration platform for the Chinese and Swedish industry.

Yani Liu (MD, PhD, EMBA), Managing partner

Yani has deep knowledge of the Swedish and China health care sector as she has been practicing medicine in both countries for many years. She also has extensive experiences in product development and project management from the life science industry both in China and in Sweden.

Yani received her PhD degree in Medicine from Gothenburg University and EMBA degree from Peking University in China. Before taking the leading role in SinoNordic AB, she had various executive roles in Swedish and Chinese life science companies such as CanAg Diagnostics AB, SK Bio-Pharm Tech (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. She was a co-founder of OBOYA, a company that is listed at Nasdaq First North. She is a member of IDA (A Swedish Angel Investment Association).

Bingxing Yao, Managing Partner

Bingxing has extensive experiences in business management and investment in China. He was director of pharmaceutical intermediates division in Sinochem Jiangsu Corporation, Sinochem Group from 1994 to 2002 and has been CEO for several international investment companies in Shanghai in the last decades. Bingxing has a successful record of founding and managing startups, and has wide contacts with industry and financial investors in China.

Bingxing received his bachelor degree in Linguistics, Nanjing University (1989) and International Business and Management Diploma from Nanjing University of Science and Technology (1990).
